Below are answers to some of our most asked questions.

Yes. Alcohol is allowed in all of our venues. For events with 50+ invited guests, a bartender is required. Bartenders must be properly licensed and insured. Speak to our staff for details.

Yes. Rental linens are available in more than 50 colors for an additional fee. We recommend at least two weeks of notice for all linen requests. Ask our staff to see the catalog of options available.

Clients who prefer not to rent linens are also able to provide their own.

Anderson Center Events provides tables and chairs in all of our event spaces, which our staff will set up for you. For larger events, we will work will you to create a diagram prior to your event to ensure that the room is set up according to your needs.

A building attendant will also be available during your event, should you need any assistance.

Based upon availability, we have the following items for client use during events: easels, projectors, laptops, and carts for loading and unloading your event supplies. There is no additional charge for the use of these items.

Yes. For every paid rental (a 2-hour minimum reservation) we offer two additional free hours for set-up and clean-up (one free hour prior to the event, and one free hour after the event).

We also offer a discounted rental rate for residents of Anderson Township.

Yes. To support the work of our local non-profit organizations, Anderson Center Events offers professional meeting spaces that non-profits can reserve at no charge. Non-profit groups are invited to host up to twelve free meetings each year at the Anderson Center (7850 Five Mile Road) in their choice of two private rooms: the Large Conference Room or the Lower-Level Meeting Room.
